I somehow doubt that Serbia and Russia (and now China) will take this quietly. The US and the European Union, wallowing in condescending self-importance, can’t get enough of their own benevolence and good will toward the struggling Kosovars-watch Russia and Serbia talking about setting a dangerous precedent.
